C., a residential area in the centre and on the shores of Lake Como near Villa La Collina where first German Chancellor Konrad Adenauer spent his summer holidays and Grand Hotel Cadenabbia, area that is frequented by stylists and famous American and English actors, as George Clooney, George Lucas, Richard Branson, Robert Pattinson and Russian businessmen as Arkadij Novikov, Villa Fontanelle’s owner at Moltrasio.

Recently restructured it provides of 3/5 (3 adults or 2 adults more 3 children) bed places with transformable sofa; it has a spectacular lake view on Villa Melzi in Bellagio and the Alps toward Varenna.

It provides of satellite on flat screen TV (also SKY channels), gratis internet access, CD player with endowment of classical and jazz music, bathroom with playpen shower, stove heated by “pellet” for winter stays and private parking very close to the apartment.
